Registration

• Invitation of this relay race is sent by The Community Chest of Hong Kong and the Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited. Invited organisations will receive an invitation letter and reply form.
• Invited organisations have to return the completed reply form to the Chest office by email or by fax on or before Friday, 7 November 2025. After receiving confirmation from the Chest, eligible organisations will receive an enrolment code from the Chest office.
• Organisations with the enrolment code have to complete the registration through this website on or before Friday, 7 November 2025. Participants who completed the registration process agreed to be abided by the rules and regulations of the event that has been signed up.
• A confirmation email will be sent to the event coordinator upon successful registration. If you do not receive the confirmation email after your registration, please contact us by email [email protected] or call (852) 2117 1650 for assistance.
• Event coordinator please send in the donations to the Chest office on or before Wednesday, 12 November 2025.
• Limited quota, enrolment is on a first-come-first-served basis and on-site enrolment will not be accepted.
